To waterproof wet cement substrata before floor installation by using two-components adhesives. To consolidate dusting and incoherent concrete substrata. To prepare smooth surfaces, by sanding them, before applying cement levellers. To prepare synthetic, strong, mortars.

Mixing Instruction:
* the compound obtained by mixing the two components (A+B) has a service life inversely proportional to the environment temperature and to the quantity of the mix, as specified in the following table:
1 litre A+B mix - temperature: +10°C (50°F) - service life: about 1½ hours
1 litre A+B mix - temperature: +25°C (77°F) - service life: about 40 minutes
5 litres A+B mix - temperature: +10°C (50°F) - service life: about 45 minutes
5 litres A+B mix - temperature: +25°C (77°F) - service life: about 20 minutes
** Should the environment temperature be below +10°C (50°F) ACCELLERANTE HK must be added in a ratio of 2-3% of the whole amount, to avoid a too slow setting, which would compromise the final work.
Setting Instruction:
Carefully mix 1 part in volume of component A with 1 part in volume of component B and apply the so obtained compound as quick as possible. If used to waterproof: one or two coats can be applied. When laying the first coat, this must be thinned with our SOLVENTE H or with alcohol in a ratio of 20-30 parts to help penetration in the substrata. If a second coat is needed the compound must be used neat (not thinned) applying it in a layer of such a thickness as to obtain a very thin, continuous and flexible film.
If used to consolidate: Always dilute it with our SOLVENTE H or alcohol in a ratio of 40-50 parts. If used as mortar binder: Mix one part of PRIMER EP 42 with 5-6 parts of siliceous sand and, more or less, 2 parts of alcohol. This product can also be used as a binder for dusting sand on smooth surfaces, before using cement levellers, following traditional methods.
N.B. Install floors, with two-components adhesives, after 48 hours and within 7-8 days.
Cleaning:
It can be cleaned with alcohol while still wet and mechanically once dry.
